Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will:

• Understand the main layout of the software
• Know what each main menu represents
• Be able to explain the system layout to a client without guessing

Step 1 — The First Screen (Dashboard)

When you log in, you land on the Dashboard.

This screen answers one question only:

“What is the current status of the company’s assets?”

What you see:

• Location hierarchy on the left / top
• Assets displayed visually
• Status colors on assets
• Last inventory scan information

What you say to a client:

“This dashboard is a live representation of where assets are supposed to be versus where they were last found.”

You do not say:

• “This is a list”
• “This is a table”
• “This is just visualization”

Step 2 — Location Navigation (How the Company Is Built)

You can move through locations level by level:

• Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Level 4

Each click means:

“I am narrowing the physical scope.”

Important sales understanding:

Inventory and accountability always follow locations, not assets.

Client-friendly explanation:

“We inventory locations, and assets are verified inside them — not the other way around.”
