Handling Common TFAM Objections (Applied Practice)
Handling Common TFAM Objections (Applied Practice)
Purpose of This Lesson
To prepare you for real conversations, not theory.
Objection 1 – “We Already Did Inventory”
What it really means:
“We think the problem is solved.”
Correct response approach:
- Respect the effort
- Shift to sustainability
Example:
“That’s good. How do you ensure accuracy is maintained after the inventory?”
Objection 2 – “We Use ERP”
What it really means:
“We don’t want another system.”
Correct response approach:
- Complement, not compete
Example:
“ERP manages records. TFAM ensures the physical reality matches those records.”
Objection 3 – “RFID Is Expensive”
What it really means:
“They see technology, not governance.”
Correct response approach:
- Reframe from technology to risk
Example:
“RFID is just a tool. The real cost is repeated inventory and audit findings.”
