TFAM Commercial Components (What Customers Pay For)

To help you explain pricing clearly and calmly.

2.1 Core Pricing Components (Conceptual)

TFAM proposals usually include:

  1. Software License
    • Usage of the TFAM platform
    • User access
    • Core modules
  2. Implementation & Configuration
    • Asset structure setup
    • Process alignment
    • Initial system readiness
  3. Data Preparation / Migration (If needed)
    • Asset data cleansing
    • Structuring
    • Validation
  4. Tagging & Physical Enablement (Optional)
    • RFID / barcode (if included)
    • Asset identification
  5. Support & Maintenance
    • System support
    • Updates
    • Stability assurance

2.2 How to Explain This Simply

Never say:

“This is the software cost, this is services, this is tags…”

Instead say:

“This covers system readiness, operational enablement, and long-term reliability.”

This shifts focus from line items to outcomes.
