The TFAM Core Value Proposition (The Heart of the Sale)

Purpose of This Lesson

To internalize what TFAM truly sells.

2.1 What a Value Proposition Really Is

A value proposition is not:

  • A slogan
  • A list of features
  • A brochure sentence

A value proposition answers one question:

“Why should this organization change how it manages fixed assets?”

2.2 The TFAM Core Value Proposition (Internal Version)

TFAM exists to:

Ensure fixed assets remain accurate, accountable, and audit-ready over time — not just during inventory.

Everything else supports this statement.

2.3 The External (Customer-Facing) Version

You should express it differently depending on the audience:

  • CFO:
“TFAM protects your balance sheet from asset inaccuracies.”
  • Operations:
“TFAM ensures assets are available, traceable, and not lost.”
  • Audit:
“TFAM creates continuous evidence, not yearly panic.”

Key Learning

TFAM is about:

  • Continuity, not events
  • Governance, not technology
  • Confidence, not counting
